# Jetpack subscribers

 * Hello.
    I’m having issues with the Jetpack stats on my blog and I need help. 
   A friend of mine subscribed to my email list but her name isn’t listed in the
   stats. I’m not sure she’ll receive my posts in the future. Why is it? I tend 
   not to trust those site stats anymore.

 * When someone subscribes via Jetpack, they receive a confirmation email with an
   activation link. They won’t appear as an active subscriber until that activation
   link is clicked.
 * If they don’t recall receiving such an email, ask them to check their spam folder.
   If it isn’t there either, I recommend asking at [http://jetpack.me/contact-support/](http://jetpack.me/contact-support/)
   so the folks behind Jetpack can help you (make sure that you provider the missing
   email address too).

 * She clicked the confirmation email and her email is still not showing in the 
   subscribers list. I tried to disconnect and connect back Jetpack and there is
   still no sign of her email.
 * Could this be because I changed my domain name few days ago?
    I am now using 
   a different blog title from the one I had a year ago. my previous domain was 
   burnroomreview.com, now is artismind.net. Please help.
