Jetpack Subscribe – Integrate With Another Form

    Hi, I’d like to integrate the little checkbox that appears after blog post comments – the one that says “notify me of new posts by email” – into another form.

    We’re running a contest on our site and part of the contest form is to enter your email address. So, we’d love to have an additional checkbox that allows them to subscribe (via Jetpack) at the same time.

    Is there a shortcode/php call that would allow me to process such a checkbox with a simple call into the Jetpack plugin?
