# Jetpack Stats not loading

 * My Jetpack stats are no longer loading since a few days and I have now tried 
   all the troubleshooting steps :

 * I really don’t know what to do, please help?

 * Could you say more about where they aren’t loading? On your Dashboard? And/or
   Jetpack->Site Stats?
 * If so, could you check your site’s PHP error logs and let me know if anything
   is indicated. It looks like the stats are still tracking, so your server may 
   be having an issue loading the dashboard.wordpress.com source for those stats.

 * Hello! They are not loading in either places actually.
 * Any chance you could remind me how to find my php error log? I swear I used to
   know this stuff… sorry for the n00bness.

 * Oh, no apologies needed. I would have mentioned it, but it is dependent on how
   your server is setup. Sometimes it is in the file structure via FTP, sometimes
   via your hosting provider’s control panel, etc.
 * If you’re not sure, your hosting provider’s support can usually point you in 
   the right direction.
