# Jetpack Stats issue

 * I’ve been using WordPress on my self-hosted site for a year now and haven’t had
   any problems, but over the last few days, I’ve not been able to get Jetpack Stats
   to work. When I click on ‘Site Stats’, the page appears, but the ‘loading’ image
   just keeps on spinning without ever actually loading the page. I’ve not updated
   anything as far as I’m aware, and when I try to reinstall WordPress, that install
   page loads with just the title and nothing else appearing.

 * Now that you have updated to 3.4 the issue might have been resolved.
