    JetPack stats just stopped loading out of nowhere. They’ve been fine for months. I have a multisite install, and all sites are connected via my same account.

    When I go to check the stats I get the spinning W for hours. It never loads. I tried reinstalling JetPack with no luck. No new plugins either.

    I see an error on your site right now:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function edd_get_download_sales_stats() in /home/beatmind/public_html/wp-content/plugins/edd-beatminded/includes/templates/single-download.php on line 36

    Let me know once you’ve got that fixed up, and then we’ll look at the stats issue.

    Yeah I’m sorry.. I’m having a roles issue right now that the dev of User Role Editors is helping me work through… edd is disabled right now, which is why that error is showing. I’ll post back when I’m ready to get on the Jetpack issue.


    Okay, roles issue sorted. Still no luck with the stats.

    Also, there is a number 2 showing next to the Jetpack tab in the dashboard, like an update notice. But there are no updates available. The 2 is always there though.

    And at the bottom of the main jetpack module page, it says “Checking email updates status…” endlessly.

    I see a problem with your Jetpack connection on our end. Can you try disconnecting and reconnecting it, please?

    I actually disabled it yesterday… i’ve had nothing but problems trying to get Jetpack to play nice with this multisite. Not to mention endlessly disabling modules and reconnecting to every time I delete and reinstall. I’ll to reconnect when I get a free minute, but I may be done trying it.
