  • Has it ever worked?

It worked on my test site but not on the production site…

Do you see a broken-image link, or is the sparkline simply missing?

    broken-image link on chrome

“It worked on my test site but not on the production site…”

So, you did a server move and it no longer works. Is that accurate?

And when you switch to a different theme, it STILL no longer works?

Yes. I’ve tried with the twentytwelve theme but it’s not working. I’ve also erased my theme and tried only with jetpack activated.

Have you tried this in Jetpack:

“But… when I took the checkmark off “Put a chart showing 48 hours of views in the admin bar.” then saved it, clicked on Learn more, then deactivated [JetPack], then reactivated it, clicked on the checkmark to enable the graph, and now it seems to be working after a few minutes.”

I tried that hours ago but it didn’t work…

This is what I would try next:

    1. Assign my theme to Twenty-Twelve.
    2. DELETE my old theme (not deactivate it — DELETE it)
    3. I would deactivate Jetpack.
    4. Then I would DELETE Jetpack.
    5. Then I would deactivate my other plugins.
    6. Then I would reinstall Jetpack.
    7. Then I would activate ONLY Jetpack, connecting it to my WP account.

    You willing to try that?

    What is the result?

    (@mrboo)

This is what i did it…

    Can be something server related?

    “Can be something server related?”

You developed on the same server?

    Thread Starter Adrià López

    (@mrboo)

No. I work in a shared hosting for developing and after that uploaded everything to the client server.

This is the only thing missing

“No. I work in a shared hosting for developing and after that uploaded everything to the client server.”

Can you confirm that the Jetpack plug-in works on the server on other WP installs?

    Thread Starter Adrià López

    (@mrboo)

I’m getting some other similar errors… with akismet for example. It’s not showing the green network status. Images not showing just like the stats of jetpack… I’m really worried about what can be causing this.

    Any explanation?

    Oh.

Well, based on what you wrote, I think you have a bigger problem.

Can you confirm that other WP installations work on this server?
