Jetpack Stats disappeared from Dashboard ?

    I upgraded my server to PHP 7.3, I’m not sure if it’s related, but I can’t even activate or desactivate Stats from Jetpack (there is no button anymore). I can’t see the Jetpack stats page (it says : “Désolé, vous n’avez pas l’autorisation d’accéder à cette page.”) And I can’t put the Statistique on the Dashboard of WordPress (no button for that). It’s really strange, I already tried to disconnect and reconnect Jetpack, but i really don’t know what I can do else ?

    Please make sure that you’re logged into the site as an Administrator.

    Only Administrators can adjust Jetpack settings and view the stats.

    Thank you for your answer. I’m an administrator. I also reinstalled Jetpack but still nothing. In fact, I can’t even deactivate the stats ^^’ !

    What’s strange is that I’m apparently the only one with that problem ?

    Do you mean that other Administrators on the site have no trouble with this?

    If so, does the site use any sort of role/capability manager plugins?

    I have some members, but I am the only administrator on the website. It worked 1 week ago – I wonder if it’s not the update messed something.

    I have no plugins managing capability, even if I have a BBPRESS and a Buddypress plugin (they are adding some profiles). I will try to desactivate them.

    Oh I can see my role is :
    Keymaster, Administrateur
    I don’t know what Keymaster is…

    Got It ! I got to reassign “Administrator” to myself, due to a Buddypress update. Now my role is Administrateur, Keymaster and now it’s ok. Thank you for your help !
