• hello,

I’ve got a big problem and need some help.

Due to a system failure I had to deactivated my Jetpack-Plugin. After I reactivated it, my complete stats from the last 5 years are gone.

I’ve read that wordpress.com safe the stats, but where? I don’t change anything on my site but I get complete new stats.

With Jetpack, your stats information is connected to a unique blog ID. Sometimes, if a site owner was using a development site or a different address when they set up Jetpack, disconnecting may create a new blog ID. When this happens, it may appear that your stats were lost.

That’s what happened on your site; it previously used a different site URL, manas-closet.de

I have fixed the issue, and you should be able to get your Stats and Subscribers back by going to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and disconnecting / reconnecting to WordPress.com.

No worries there! Your stats are backed up on WordPress.com already, so they’ll never be lost as long as you know the site URL. 🙂

    Hello help me please,

I have similar case. I lost all stats and subscriber from last 7 years during deactivate my jetpack and reactive it again when move to new server. It make me shock because still fail even i tried to connect it. My website address is

@iwanbanaran It looks like your site previously used a different site URL, iwb.juraganwp.com

I have fixed the issue, and you should be able to get your Stats and Subscribers back by going to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and disconnecting / reconnecting to WordPress.com.
