For the last couple of months I’ve had issues with sharing the posts made on WordPress over to our Tumblr feed. With the Jetpack throttling the amount of shares, this has been the only network I use for this and the PiercingKen site but nothing shares despite being checked. I’ve reconnected our Tumblr which goes under the Ken Pierce Media brand and am curious if this is no longer an option.

I should add that the Ken Pierce Media WordPress site also has this issue. Each site has had the Tumblr connection removed and re-added with the proper permissions. I am the sole administrator to these sites.

Hi @kennypierce,

Thank you for reporting this. From what I can see, the Jetpack connection is broken on the piercingmetal.com site, indicating that something might preventing Jetpack from connecting. I’d recommend allowlisting Jetpack IPs per this guide and then trying to disconnect/reconnect Tumblr.

As for the other site, can you please share the URL so we can have a look? Alternatively, you can check and torubleshoot the Jetpack connection follownig this guide:
