I’m not sure I understand the issue. Could you give me more details about the issue? Are some specific posts missing from that summary on your site?
If so, could you post your site URL as well as some examples here so I can have a look?

On “Top Posts for all days ending …” page, as I scroll down to the last row, # of views is always > 0. So the excluded posts have no views?
Jeremy, thanks in advance.

follow up info, this is what I get:
go to: Top Posts & Pages -> summaries -> All time tab
the list has 497 posts
the last post has 20 views
posts published: about 810
Pages that don’t have any views are indeed not listed there, and the list will never return more than 500 results.
If you’d like to return more results, you can play with WordPress.com Stats API to create your own reports. You can read more about it here:

Dear Jeremy,
I’m told one can refresh <F5> a page to increase view count and there’re programs that’ll “visit” a post repeatedly to increase view count. That’ll certainly affect how we interpret the site stats. Please advise.

That’s correct. Jetpack Stats don’t record visits from bots though, so you shouldn’t experience such issues on your site.
