I am trying to enable “Allow stats reports to be viewed by” option in jetpack site stats settings for a custom role. For custom role I have used wordpress members plugin. I enabled it for custom role, it activates and shows success message however on refreshing page it is deactivated. How can I enable the sitestats settings for custom roles in jetpack?

Are you seeing the same behavior for any of the default WordPress roles?

What is the address of the Jetpack site in question?

Once we get some feedback, we can take the next troubleshooting step in resolving your issue.

No this issue is only for custom wordpress roles. Working fine for default wodrpress roles. Website is this

    Hi there!

Right now, there’s an issue with your Jetpack connection: https://jetpack.com/support/debug/?url=https://www.tilemountain.co.uk/blog/

Would you try reinstalling Jetpack? You can start with a fresh install by deactivating and deleting Jetpack via Plugins → Installed Plugins, and then reinstalling and activating via Plugins → Add New. From there, please click the green **Set up Jetpack** button to connect to WordPress.com.

Let us know how that goes!

    Best,
    Cena
