# Jetpack shutdown my admin access

 * I have two blogs with the same problem
 * I can’t get access to the admin page when the Jetpack is active
 * I tried to reinstall it, the same thing happen again as soon as the installation
   finished

 * Current situation: Jetpack is deactivated (renamed the folder in the server)
 * P.S
 * – The site was slow till i deactivate the Jetpack

 * Could you let me know what happens when you try to access your dashboard? Do 
   you get an error message, or a blank page?
 * P.S.: It’s worth noting that we reply to every thread from the oldest to the 
   newest. Every time you bump a thread, it goes back to the bottom of the queue,
   so I’d recommend against it.

 * Could you check your server error logs around the time when you experienced the
   issue, to find out more about that blank screen, also known as “[White Screen of Death](https://codex.wordpress.org/Common_WordPress_Errors#The_White_Screen_of_Death)“?
 * If you don’t know how to access your server error logs, your hosting provider
   should be able to help.
