Hi there!
I can still see those invalid accounts connected to your site. You should be able to disconnect those as explained here:
https://jetpack.com/support/publicize/
If that does not help, please confirm the usernames you’re trying to delete and I’ll try on my end.
Hi, no I am unable to delete the old italobelg twitter account, because I no longer have this username. If I try to delete my new twitter account it will still be visible when sharing but I can’t use it. If I want to link my new account billionair_ms to twitter, everything is going well, then I link it, but with my messages I see italobelg again. I have removed and reinstalled jetpack a number of times, I also reinstalled my backup wordpress, deactivated all plugins and only activated jetpack. It just stays in there. I also cleared cache.
But nothing works to get this out of the way. I thought maybe a new update of jetpack plugin, but there is no update.
Which I want to delete is
Twitter: @italobelg
LinkedIn: michele salamone
Thank you
I have disconnected those accounts from your site.
I hope that helps 🙂
No is not gone yet, see image the red arrows
see red arrows
Hm, that’s odd, those accounts are definitely not connected to your site anymore.
Could you try logging out, clearing your browser’s cache and logging back in?
Okay I did what you said, logged out cleared my cache and then reconnected but it’s still there. since yesterday i could uncheck it in my posts.
But thank you for your help
Ack, I’m sorry. I see that you already tried that. Does using a different browser make any difference?
It has been fixed, I have removed a plugin classic editor, where it was probably hidden while it was already gone from jetpack.
Thanks for your help
