Jetpack Sharing, doesn't pick up Single Post information

    Hi,

    I turn on jetpack sharing per post, and everything shows great. But when I click, for example, facebook share on THAT post, it shares my home site.

    it look something like this

    SITE TITLE, SITE LOGO

    URL (is correct)

    SITE description

    _________________

    What I want is:

    POST TITLE , FEATURED IMAGE

    URL of that post

    POST EXCERPT

    Test it on two themes, still the same problem. Also, turned of SEO plugin, didn’t help.
    This sharing is very important for my site, so if you could please tell me if there is any solution for this. Thanks!
