• I have a job listing website called Careergoto.com. I have Jobroller themes and some Jobroller released and related plugins at work. I have had this coexisted with Jetpack and auto publicize on Twitter fine for about 3000+ tweets already. Then the auto publicize stopped working.

My twitter handle is @careerdude. I can still go to a job listing and share manually but my whole automation has broken. I thought it might be google captcha but even if I disable it, still no autoposting to twitter. I have disconnected and reconected the connection on my wordpress admin dashboard, I have gone to wordpress.com and disconnected it there, I have uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled it again to no avail.

    Help!!

I did some digging and it said to go to Facebook debugger so here is what I got…

    caution-solidWarnings That Should Be Fixed
    Share App ID Missing
The ‘fb:app_id’ property should be explicitly provided, Specify the app ID so that stories shared to Facebook will be properly attributed to the app. Alternatively, app_id can be set in url when open the share dialog.

What do I do with this….last autopost was May 19th.

It looks like your site is still not connected to our servers, which is required to use Publicize.

Can you try these steps to troubleshoot your problem?

    1. Disable all other plugins, then try connecting or using Jetpack. If Jetpack starts connecting or working properly, turn your plugins back on one-by-one until you start seeing the error again. Then note the plugin that caused this error and get in touch with us.

    2. If you are having a display issue, or the plugin step above doesn’t help, try activating Twenty Fifteen temporarily as your theme. Then check again. If it starts working, likely something in your theme is broken and you should get in touch with your theme’s author.

    3. Check the Known Issues list and make sure you aren’t using a plugin or theme listed there:
    http://jetpack.me/known-issues/

If you’re still having the problem after following these steps, could you please log in to your site via wp-admin and disable/delete the existing Jetpack plugin files?

Once you have done so please install Jetpack again from Plugins -> Add New.

Let me know if you still have this problem and I’ll be happy to take a closer look.
