 * Good evening everyone … If you can help, I have had a problem for three months,
which is when I set up the jetpack plugin the problems appear and the site stops
working and the most important problems are: loopback and rest api – cURL error
28: Connection timed out after n milliseconds.
 * I’ve tried all possible methods of deleting the add-ons, communicating with the
   host, everything, but no surprises.
 * The problem always appears when you get more visitors to the site when connecting
   to WordPress
 * The problem is that I need this add-on and cannot work without it.
 * Please help and thank you

 * Thank you for contacting us about the errors you are seeing, [@iyadabdullah](https://wordpress.org/support/users/iyadabdullah/)!
 * If your site becomes very slow or stops working after enabling Jetpack, it is
very likely there are performance issues affecting your site. For example, your
site might have had enough available resources _before_ enabling Jetpack, but
not after. Jetpack uses a relatively small amount of server resources for the
features it offers, and should not cause a site to stop working.
 * Although you have mentioned working with your host, I would suggest doing so
again if this issue persists. Issues with loopback requests or assessing the
REST API are usually caused by performance problems or security blocks/firewalls.
It does not appear that there is a firewall or security plugin that would be
   causing this on your site.
 * I hope this helps! Please let us know if this continues after you have contacted
your host – we are always happy to help. 🙂
