# Jetpack Randomly Distorting Image Size?

 * On my home page, I have a banner image that’s 980×426. I have Jetpack and Photon
   activated for Retina-friendly display.
 * However, on random occasions, the banner will load at a squished height of about
   980×50. If I hit reload, it displays normally. This appears only to be on Safari.
 * Is this a known Jetpack/Photon bug?

 * I’m having the exact same problem in Chrome and Firefox, except it’s the Image
   widget. I don’t have photon installed. I’ve already sent you an email.
