The blog I need help with is http://www.thechicagolifeblog.com

When I went to update my version of Jetpack this morning it disappeared completely. I lost my CSS, widgets, etc.

I have tryed to reinstall Jetpack, but I get the message:

    "Destination folder already exists. /home/content/05/9776505/html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/

    Plugin install failed."

I'm not very computer smart- can someone please help?!

    Thank you!

Could you please log in to your site via FTP, and delete the existing jetpack plugin files?

Once you have done so you should be able to install Jetpack again, either via the Plugin installer in your dashboard, or manually via FTP.

I'm sorry to be naive, but I don't think I use an FTP? I'm very new to this. Any specific instructions on how to delete the existing files?

Thank you SO much for your help!

You can find more information about FTP and FTP clients here:

If that doesn't help, your hosting provider should be able to provide you with your FTP login details.
