Jetpack questions?

    I am new to WordPress and I currently have a WordPress blog with WordPress.org. It says I need to link my account with wordpress.com. I don’t want to turn my site into a WordPress.com site, so I don’t know what to do. I have also heard very bad reviews for JetPack and am wondering how many of you out there use it and like it. My site is hosted from godaddy and the address is gadgetjunkieblog.com if that helps 🙂
