Support » Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com » Jetpack Publicize Not Showing Complete FB Page List

  • Resolved Tom Peranteau

    (@tperanteau)

When I try to connect JP to one of my FB pages, I get a short list of my pages, but not a complete list. I am only able to see about the first 10 pages and not the one that I want to connect to.

Jetpack is currently able to list the first 25 Facebook Pages linked to your account. We’re working on increasing that number, but until then I’m afraid you’ll only be able to see those 25 Pages.

If you don’t even see 25 Pages, but only 10 of them, your theme or another plugin on your site might be loading extra CSS on the Sharing page, thus blocking some of the Pages from view. You can work around that by managing your Publicize connections directly from WordPress.com:
    https://wordpress.com/sharing

Let me know how it goes!

I see only 25 pages but we have way more, is this fixed yet?

@crmartt It is not, unfortunately; the upper limit of 25 pages still exists.

I’ll post again here once we make progress on this.

Hi! I’m having the same problem, only it’s only showing one facebook page in the list. Even when I’m trying directly through https://wordpress.com/sharing You think there might be a plugin in the way?

@ijsthay Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1. Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2. Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3. Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4. Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5. Click the “Contact Support” button to send us the debug results privately. It’s best not to post this information on public forums, as it contains private details about your site.

    Thanks!

Hi sorry to jump on board, I too am only seeing one page that I admin after my own profile. I have about 6 I admin total. I already submitted a support email following the steps above.

cmatt: Please jump in. There has been no movement to fix this. Makes one wonder how that the Jetpack team justifies having paid versions of a product that is not ready for prime time.

I’ve since switched to another plugin that handles all my publicizing. It has no problem showing ALL your facebook pages

@tperanteau ok great, can you tell me what you switched to?

I was a bit reticent to talk about another plugin here, but the one I’m using works well for a single-site setup. If you go multisite you’ll have to get the paid version.

I’m using Snap Autoposter. I have the paid version for one of my multisites and it works really well. I also have the free version on one of my single sites, and although limited to Facebook and Twitter (I think), and only one account each, it works great for being free.

Having same problem here. I have had problems before with this and with also just not being able to connect to the page for some reason.

I have done everything possible to try to go around the problem whatever it may be.

Still my page does not show. I was successful at unpublishing my page and then on wordpress.com seeing the pages less than before, but this did not bring up any additional pages so I do not see my FB page still even on the wordpress connection settings.

Others check that your pages are published in the settings and not unpublished.

I am not sure what to do as this page was processing up until December sometime for me and then quit all the sudden and now won’t reconnect or show the page.

Posting here just to see if there’s any updates to the original post.

    Hi shiftaction,

Could you please start your own thread, as per the Forum Welcome?
    https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack#new-post

We request this because everyone’s site/server setup is different, and answers for one person may not always solve another person’s problem.

    Thank you!
