    Hey, Jetpack!

I am trying to connect my Facebook & Twitter accounts to my WordPress site through Jetpack’s publicize settings, but am coming up with the following error message:

“Something which should never happen, happened. Sorry about that. If you try again, maybe it will work.

    Error code: -32300″

I have read through similar problems & solutions on this message board, but have not been able to solve the problem. Specifically, I tried to check this web address, but do not have any white lines above the message ‘XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only:’

    http://mymigrainebrain.com/xmlrpc.php

Any suggestions for what I can try next? Thank you for your help!

    My site URL is: http://mymigrainebrain.com

I ran some tests with your site, and it seems that we receive a 406 error when trying to communicate with your site’s XML-RPC. That error is triggered by a Mod Security rule added by your hosting provider, Bluehost.

We’re currently working with them to get this resolved. We’ll let you know if we need anything else, but this should be resolved on their end soon. Let me know you are still unable to connect Publicize in a couple days or so.

    Hey, Jeremy!

Thank you for your help with this issue! You were right– the 406 error from my site’s XML-RPC was causing the problem. I contacted Bluehost and asked them to enable Mod Security, which fixed the problem immediately.

    Thank you again!
