# Jetpack problem – BIG – please help

 * I install jetpack, made account at wordpress.com, did connection between jetpack
   and wordpress.com and since then I can’t access to backend of my web site. how
   to fix this and what happened?

 * You’ll need to use FTP or Cpanel to access your site files on the server and 
   delete that plugin manually. Find it here:
 *     ```
       wp-content
           plugins
              jetpack - <strong>delete this folder</strong>
       ```
   
 * JetPack may be conflicting with another plugin or your theme, or possibly something
   to do with your hosting.
 * After you delete it, if you want help getting it running, you can post a new 
   thread on the JetPack forum here:
