# Jetpack problem

    please i have been facing a lot of problems using jetpack..i downloaded
   it but not connecting with the wordpress when i tried to connect it before using
   it…please kindly be of help..here before is what it says every time i tried to
   connect..
 * Jetpack could not contact WordPress.com: register_http_request_failed. This usually
   means something is incorrectly configured on your web host.
 * Operation timed out after 30170 milliseconds with 0 out of -1 bytes received

 * Sorry, we can’t help you with this because your issue isn’t related to the theme
   and there is nothing we can do to solve your issue.

 * Like the error message says, it’s very likely that there is a misconfiguration
   at your host. That means you could contact your hosting provider and let them
   have a look at this.
