Jetpack PreInstalled with another users ID

    Hi,

    Can you give me a bit more detail as what happened? Were you logged on to their computer? If so, they might have still been logged in to their WordPress.com account. Alternatively, someone may have logged in to their WordPress.com account on your computer. By itself Jetpack doe snot know which WordPress.com account to connect to, it gets that information from cookies stored in the computer by the browser.

    Do you recall which WordPress.com account it tried to connect with?

    I think is was a name then 61 – but I was alarmed so deleted it immediately.
    Maybe someone had hacked the download?

    I am sure everything is fine now – I just thought I should bring it to your attention.
