# Jetpack plugin error disables site

 * Since changing hosts, jetpack keeps disabling my site. I have tried reinstalling
   a new version, but the problem persists. I see in the generated error message
   that my old host’s ID for the site keeps coming up. (flora854) Is this the problem?

 * I tried to delete these files, but that didn’t work. The funny thing, is that
   I didn’t had this plugin installed. Don’t know what to do.

 * @1951: Can you please reinstall the Jetpack plugin manually?
 * To do so, download the Jetpack plugin here:
    [http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/jetpack.latest-stable.zip](http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/jetpack.latest-stable.zip)
 * Then, log in to your site via FTP, and delete the existing Jetpack plugin folder.
   You should then be able to reinstall the plugin manually by following the instructions
   here:

 * I would strongly recommend that you make a complete backup of your website before
   trying this.
