Hi @neoli,
You can use Jetpack for image optimization, and PhastPress for the rest. In this case you should disable loading scripts and stylesheets from external CDN in Jetpack.

I disabled: Speed up static file load times from Jetpack, is that what you mean?
Hi @neoli,
In Jetpack settings, in the Performance tab, make sure that “Speed up static file load times” is disabled.

Hi @neoli,
My reply was too slow. Yes, that’s what I mean. Now everything should work.

So, now after i enabled these plugins:
PhastPress
WP Super Cache
Jetpack CDN (only for images)
maximum i was able to achieve on GTmetrix is score D and it doesnt go any higher:(
On google page speed insights i have 56 for desktop and 14 for mobile.
In a desktop case google suggests:
Properly size images
Serve images in next-gen formats
Reduce initial server response time
I must say i also use this plugin for optimisation: https://www.wpintense.com/product/scalability-pro/
do you think there might be some incompatibility?
Thanks!
Hi @neoli,
I’m not able to tell you what’s going on without looking at your site first. Could you share the URL of your site with me here?
If you don’t want to post it publicly, you can send it by email using the contact details at the bottom of the plugin description.

HI,
just sent you en email
Hi @neoli,
It looks like the PhastPress cache was cleared without WP Super Cache being cleared as well. That causes the CSS optimization to stop working.
Could you clear your WP Super Cache?
Other than that, it seems to be working. These are the remaining issues in GTmetrix:
Unfortunately, most of these can only be solved by reducing the amount of scripts on your page. For example, the external scripts on skimresources.com and flexlinkspro.com.
You might want to try disabling Jetpack image optimization and using PhastPress image optimization, because it seems Jetpack is not optimizing images very well.
And there’s a plugin that you’re using that generates a really huge (over 5 MiB) JavaScript file:
/wp-content/uploads/woos_search_engine_cache/guaven_woos_data.js
This should be avoided, but it’s probably difficult to do that without removing the plugin entirely.

Hi,
what settings would your recommend for WP super Cache to work smoothly with your plugin?
Thanks!
Hi @neoli,
It should work with the default settings. I just tested your site again, and it seems to be working well now.
