Jetpack is not showing on my dashboard. I see it in the menu but there is nothing when I click to change settings.

    Hey @kharim,

It sounds like there’s a plugin conflict or a theme conflict with Jetpack on your site. To do so, first set your active theme to Twenty Twenty. The Twenty Twenty theme comes preinstalled with your WordPress, and you can find it under Appearance > Themes.

See if the Jetpack dashboard shows up properly in your WP Admin. If it does, try activating your usual theme, to see if the issue returns. If it does, you’ll need to contact your theme’s developer to see if they can help you troubleshoot.

If changing to a different theme didn’t affect things, try deactivating your plugins, then activate them one-by-one and try to reproduce the problem. If it comes back when you activate a particular plugin, you’ve found the one causing the problem.

Just a side-note; before you swap your theme and deactivate your plugins, we recommend that you make a full backup of your site.

If you’d like us to do further troubleshooting, could you please post your site URL here?

    Thanks!
