# JetPack Not installing

 * Hi There,
    Tried installing jetpack to my website and got the following message
   Your website needs to be publicly accessible to use Jetpack: site_inaccessible
   I have checked with my hosting provider who allow accdess to wordpress.com Also,
   my other websites which are hosted by the same hosting company are using jetpack
   without any issues Thanks for any help Philip
