[Jetpack] Moving Sharing Icons Above Content (8 posts)

    Hello,

    I'm trying to move the sharing icons above the start of every post-page content. Currently by default, the sharing icons for each individual post are set to show up after content, but I also want one before content.

    They said if you want to have sharing icons above the start of every content, you must...

    Find the file for the location where you’d like the sharing icons to appear and insert the following code in the area you want the Sharing or Likes buttons to appear:

    if ( function_exists( 'sharing_display' ) ) {
    sharing_display( '', true );
    }

    if ( class_exists( 'Jetpack_Likes' ) ) {
    $custom_likes = new Jetpack_Likes;
    echo $custom_likes->post_likes( '' );
    }

    I don't know what file to edit, and where to place the code...

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    A link to your site, and the name of the theme you're using would be helpful :D

    Are you talking about the Facebook like button, and more button after your posts. Or the gold-color Facebook, Twitter, Google+, or Pinterest buttons?

    For example: http://leadnr.com/article/10-reasons-why-this-website-is-incredibly-slow-optimize-it-already

    At the bottom of the content, you will see a Facebook Like button followed by a "More" button to the right. That's the Jetpack Sharing feature. What I want is for that to also be above the content, not just below it.
