I recently updated our wordpress site and jetpack plugin but now the mobile option does nothing to the website. I disabled the cache server (WP Cache) but that did nothing. Is anyone else seeing this issue or have any ideas?

Could you post your site URL here, so I can have a look?

Thank you. The problem is most likely caused by your caching plugin, that serves a cached desktop version of your site to all readers, including those on mobile devices.

I would recommend that you check your caching settings to make sure mobile devices are taken into account. Once you’ve fixed this and flushed your site’s cache, you should see the Mobile Theme on your site when visiting from a mobile device.

    I hope this helps.

We are using W3 Total Cache which has a clear all caches button which i have used several times but to no avail the site still shows funny.

Jetpack’s Mobile Theme now loads properly on my end:

If you still experience issues, you might have to play with W3 Total Cache settings a bit more. I’m not familiar with the plugin, but this could help:
