  • Hello @siwilkinson

I removed the sites you mentioned from your Jetpack sites list.

Could you check if you are able to connect to https://activeindoorleisure.com now, please?

Let me know if you have any questions.

    My best regards,

    Michelle

    Hi Michelle,

Thanks so much, I can see you deleted these as logging int Jetpack responds with a need to link a website.

Sadly Jetpack still hits an error when I try to link from my Dashboard.

It currently says: “! An error occurred. Please try again.”

I tried clearing the cache from my host, and deleting/reinstalling the jetpack plugin.

Thanks for any advice you can offer.

    Hi @siwilkinson

I’ve seen you are still having issues connecting Jetpack; however, I’ve noticed that your XML-RPC endpoint is forbidden to access.

Jetpack relies on that endpoint to communicate with your website by querying its cURL requests, so I’d highly suggest reaching out to your hosting provider, and having them make sure that your XML-RPC endpoint is accessible to Jetpack. If needed, they can whitelist our IP ranges for that:

You can attempt to connect Jetpack after that point, but let us know how this goes 🙂
