# Jetpack Issue

 * Hello,
 * I’m getting the following error when trying to connect my website to wordpress.
   com via Jetpack:
 * The Jetpack site is inaccessible or returned an error: server error. requested
   method jetpack.jsonAPI does not exist. [-32601]
 * I’m currently stuck as I tried to:
 * – Disable all the plugins
    – Set the default WP theme – Disconnect the website
   and deinstall Jetpack – Reconnect – I can see that the WP-JSON is working as 
   I get the JSON output from it – I tried to disabled WP-JSON and reenable it –
   I can see the the XML_RPC is working as I get the correct output when running
   it – [https://jetpack.com/support/debug/](https://jetpack.com/support/debug/)
   outputs a
 *     ```
       Unknown error
       An unknown error has occurred.
       ```
   
 * And I do not know what else to try.
 * Some thoughts/advise/suggestion would be welcome.
