Hi, my blog http://www.todosenmicocina.com is hosted by an Webempresa, and I am looking to use WordPress’s App on my Ipad but I can’t install Jetpack to do so. It seems that there is already a file with that name but I can’t find it anywhere. At some point they even gave me a link to access the folder but it’s inexistent. How can I delete that file so I can install Jetpack and use the WordPress App?

    Thank you!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there!

You should be able to use FTP or your web host’s File Manager to access your plugins directory.

    You’ll find it here:

    ../wp-content
    …./plugins
    ……/jetpack <-delete this folder

You may need to contact your host for help using their File Manager, but once you get the folder deleted you should be able to install Jetpack without issue.

    Best,
