    Hello,

Since one hour or so, I’ve been blocked out of my site with this message:
“Jetpack has locked your site’s login page”.
Now, the IP shown in the message is 188.114.103.129, while the IP shown by http://www.whatismyip.com is instead 93.46.48.32…
Also I can’t reset my password using the email I’ve received because the link within shows up a blank page with the message

    {“error”:”Bad Request”,”message”:”Invalid input.”}

    Could you please help?

    Many thanks,
    Riccardo.

    Hi Riccardo –

Thanks for writing to us. Does the email link work if you try it in a different browser? Sometimes that does the trick. Write back to let me know if you’re still having issues.

Are you using any plugins to block your site’s login page?

Forgot to mention that I’ve added your report to this open issue: https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/8322

Hoping that the different browser might do the trick though.

I Have Exactly Same Issue With Jetpack

Jetpack Is Continuously Blocking My Site Login Access ..

I Have Tried Two Different Browsers & Result Is Same But Ip Is Different

    Google Chrome : IP 172.69.244.141
    FireFox : IP 172.69.244.159

But My Actual Ip Address Is Different 103.255.x.xxx

Please Help Us To Sort It Out This Issue Thank You!

skylinks – Please open up your own, brand new thread and we can take a look.

It’s worth asking your hosting provider how many WordPress sites are on the same IP, and if you can get moved to a different one.

    Hello lizkarkoski,

Actually once I was somehow confident that I was not out of my blog because of some malicious activity, I just waited until the morning after. The issue disappeared without any intervention from my side.

    Just a few notes:
    * A couple of days ago I signed of Cloudflare CDN. A simple whois investigation has shown that IP blocked by Jetpack was Cloudflare’s
    * Yes, I’ve used a plugin to change the Worpress login page url, to reduce (to zero) the number of maliciuos login attempts.
    * I’ve not tried to access the link with another browser apart from Safari… now the issue is over so I can’t try anymore.

    Many thanks and best regards,
    Riccardo.

Ps. Sorry for the late reply… actually I replied to email notifications of your posts instead of directly posting here.
