    Jetpack has locked my site saying that my IP address x.x.x.x has been flagged for potential security violations.

    After entering my email address I was sent an email to unlock the site. But both clicking on the button “Login” or clicking on the link “Reset Your Password” bring me to this message:
    {“error”:”Bad Request”,”message”:”Invalid input.”}

    I’ve tried to edit my wp-config.php file as suggested in but the problem persists. Also, I visited the suggested sites to check my IP and it is different from that reported by Jetpack.

    This is frustrating and confusing. Please advise what I can do next. Thanks.

    @finnies can you try whitelisting via Once you log in, you can enter IP addresses here:
    My Sites → Settings → Security → Prevent brute force login attacks.

    Remember your username might be different from your regular wp-admin login, as it’s a separate account.
