    Hey @paulcyberengel, thanks for the report.

    I’m seeing the following error in our connection debugger:

    
    http_request_failed cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 15000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
    

    Usually this points to a problem on your host’s end of things, like poorly resourced servers or something blocking you from connecting to the WordPress.com servers. Can you make contact with your host’s customer support and see if they can tell you anything about why you wouldn’t be able to connect your site to Jetpack? Also, please ask them to do the following:

    1. Whitelist connections to and from *.wordpress.com.

    2. Whitelist the following IP ranges: https://jetpack.com/support/hosting-faq/

    Please note that these IP addresses could change (or more could be added) at any time.

    Once you’ve done that, please try reconnecting Jetpack:

    https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/
