Jetpack Forms not always sending email | WordPress.org

On a registration page I have a Jetpack form with 5 fields. The notification emails are frequently not sent. The information is logged and seems normal in the Feedback section of the Dashboard. Of the last three registrations only one sent the email.

The site is up-to-date, theme Twenty-Twenty-One

That sounds frustrating. I think you will have more success posting this question in the Jetpack support forum:
