JetPack Facebook Widget Not Displaying Facebook Page

    Hi !

    Plugin doesn’t show up Facebook page and people who have liked it on my site when viewed on my PC. It shows up sometimes on mobile devices, sometimes not. Have tried disabling all other plugins. Doesn’t seem to work…

    Please resolve, thanks.

    Did you manage to solve the issue by yourself?

    If you still experience issues, could you check the list of active extensions / add-ons in your browser, and make sure that no add-on is currently blocking Facebook. Ad-blockers and privacy add-ons can sometimes do that.

    Hello,

    I’m experiencing the same problem on my site, not only with the Jetpack widget but with any facebook sidebar widget. I’m sure it has nothing to do with any browser add-ons, I’ve tried different browsers and devices and it never works.

    The widget just displays the word “Facebook” as a clickable link, but no preview.

    It used to work perfectly a while ago, but I can’t quite remember when it stopped… could it possibly have to do with an update of my site’s theme? Does anyone have any tips what I could do to resolve the issue?

    @turiza Could you go to your Facebook Page settings, and make sure access to your Page is not restricted to people above a certain age, or from a specific country? If you do restrict access to your page in any way, the Facebook Widgets will stop working.
