• When I go to my site (www.kyledurfee.com) I get this error message:

    Warning: require_once(/home/content/49/9004849/html/hello/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/3rd-party/3rd-party.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/49/9004849/html/hello/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/jetpack.php on line 84

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/content/49/9004849/html/hello/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/3rd-party/3rd-party.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php’) in /home/content/49/9004849/html/hello/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/jetpack.php on line 84

    When I try to go to the admin page, I get this error:

    Fatal error: Cannot find a library with slug admin-pages/class.jetpack-landing-page. in /home/content/49/9004849/html/hello/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/require-lib.php on line 27

    This seems to have happened with the most recent update of the plugin. My site has been down for about a week now…

    Could you try to log in to your site via FTP or CPanel, and delete the existing Jetpack plugin folder, and reinstall the plugin manually as explained here:
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Managing_Plugins#Manual_Plugin_Installation

    You’ll find the Jetpack plugin folder here:

    wp-content
       plugins
         jetpack - DELETE THIS FOLDER

    If you’re not sure how to do this, you can ask your hosting company for help. They should also have documentation explaining how to edit or remove files from your site using FTP or a File Manager in your admin panel.

    Let me know how it goes.
