You should be able to see all emails sent to Contact by navigating to Email Manager (https://YOURSITEURL/wp-admin/admin.php?page=zerobscrm-emails), found by hovering over your Avatar on the right top CRM admin bar, then selecting CRM Admin > Emails from there:

You can also view the log of emails delivered by CRM by navigating to Jetpack CRM > CRM Settings > Mail Templates and view recent activity (https://YOURSITEURL/wp-admin/admin.php?page=zbs-email-templates).

Thanks for your response. I have navigated to the page you suggest but I am still unable to perform a search for specific emails.
The problem is all the emails are listed in date order so if I want to try and find an email I sent 2 months ago to a particular contact I have trawl through hundreds of emails sent since.
What I would like to do is run a search based on contact or email heading. Is this possible?
I notice emails sent are tracked on the activity block on the contacts profile page but there is no link to the actual message sent.
Can you advise?

I’m afraid there is no search based on contact or email heading yet. However, there is an open enhancement request for this currently under developer review. I have gone ahead and added your request to the report – with enough traction and interest there is a great likelihood of this being offered in a future release.

Thanks for the clarification.
If there is an open enhancement request for this I would also add that being able to click through to emails from the activity box in the customer profile is essential.
Without this I cant see any benefit in emailing customers directly from the CRM. I don’t necessarily need to see their response but I do need to easily see what’s been sent over to them over time.
In the meantime, as a work around I will BCC myself in to any messages sent from the CRM and see if I can track them on gmail.
