If Jetpack is uninstalled, they should be gone. Use a plugin like WP Crontrol to remove them.
In fact, I became aware of the problem via the wp_control plugin. Here, two menus distinguish between cron events and cron schedules. I can delete cron events – but they reappear after the set interval has expired.
In the Cron Schedule menu I can see a single Jetpack related file, but I can’t delete it:
jetpack_sync_interval
This schedule is added by another plugin and cannot be deleted

I don’t see anything obvious there, though you might ask the Woo folks if they use any Jetpack cron events for things like syncing an image CDN. Failing that, use the old standby: Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
