    evrey time i try to download an invoice I get this error:

    Thanks for sharing those details! I tried the same setup except for the child theme and couldn’t replicate the issue.

    Could you please try ruling out any possible theme conflict and also plugin conflicts?

    Please try switching to the Twenty Twenty theme via Appearance > Themes, and try downloading the invoice again. If the issue is resolved then you know it’s a problem with the theme you’re using, so you might need to check your child theme again.

    For checking if there’s a plugin conflict, temporarily deactivate all plugins except Jetpack CRM. Then, try downloading the invoice again. If the issue is resolved with all other plugins deactivated, you can reactivate plugins one by one while testing again to discover which plugin is causing the problem.

    I tried switching to the default theme and deactivating the other plugins but the error still occurs.

    its resolved , the cause of the error was that there was no cliente portal page asigned
