  • My issue is that I know people are using my Jetpack Feedback form at but nobody is receiving email notifications about them. The only time I know when it has been used is by manually checking the Feedbacks Tab on the dashboard. Here are the settings for the form with emails removed to avoid spamming:

    [contact-form subject="From Gomersal St. Mary\'s Web Site" to="***, ***, ***"] [contact-field label="Name" type="name" required="true" /] [contact-field label="Email" type="email" required="true" /] [contact-field label="Website" type="url" /] [contact-field label="Comment" type="textarea" required="true" /] [/contact-form]

Now, clearly I’ve tried comma separation with the emails. I remember using semi-colons too but to no avail. Is it possible?

If I can’t use Jetpack I’m open to other plugin ideas that will send to multiple email addresses as I need copies to three separate addresses.

    Thanks in advance!

  • I’m having exactly the same question. Is the Jetpack contact form able to send email notifications to multiple recipients? I really need it to do that.

    Having similar trouble here.
Would be ideal if you could add more recipients.

Having the same trouble here too! See:

I also have to check the Feedbacks Tab, defeating the object of adding emails… Mine sends sporadically though, does anyone here think it could be the hosting? (I host with

I think it’s a GoDaddy problem. I’m having the same issue just trying to send it to one email. Does anyone know a way to download the feedback data?

Yea I was trying to figure this out to. Anyway to add multiple recipients?

I don’t think this is a godaddy issue – I’m having the same problem. I’m using the Jetpack 1.7, I set up a contact form with email enabled. The responses turn up in Feedback, but never appear in my email inbox. I’ve tried with both Google email addresses and Yahoo and neither receives the email.

I am not with godaddy so that can’t be it.

Have you guys tried using SMTP to send mail? I know WordPress default send mail can be finicky. I’ve had problems with both Jetpack’s Contact Form and Contact Form 7, but they disappeared after configuring SMTP. You can do so with a plugin
