    Hello,
I am really interested in using jetpack to replace a couple of plugins on my site, but for the contact form, how can I change the dimensions of the form? When I place the code into my site, The form comes out long and skinny unlike the form editor when I design everything. I want the form to look elegant and simple, not gaudy…..
    Any help is appreciated,
    Jimbo

I'm also seeing strange layout issues with the contact form. For now I'm just using Contact Form 7, but I'd like to use the JetPack contact form. The form in my case is not adjusted at all ... looks like a mess.

The same thing happened to me. I have to wonder if this is a bug. I've used it on many other sites without any issues.

    Edit:
You can see the form at http://truereviewpledge.com/contact/

It looks like it got hit with an ugly stick. :)

    Update:

Okay, so someone in the following thread suggested deactivating the Shortcode Embeds. I did, and that seemed to solve the problem for me.

This problem (which was a conflict between the Contact Form and the VideoPress shortcode) has been fixed for Jetpack 2.1 (http://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/647091)
