    Could you make sure that Comments are turned on for that specific post, as explained here?
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/enable-disable-comments/#enabledisable-comments

    If that doesn’t help, could you try to switch to another theme like Twenty Eleven for a few minutes, and let me know if the comment form is still not displayed?

    Thanks!

    Yes, comments are turned on. I have been posing questions on the Theme support group page and they assure me it doesn’t have anything to do with their theme. If I switch to another theme, will it make me lose any of the changes I have made to my current, Weaver theme?

    I just wanted to share this with anyone and everyone who looked at this post. After a few days of digging, I was reading over the page of Weaver Theme Snippets and found the code for Hiding Comments. APPARENTLY, at one time I wanted to hide all comments, and I had added that code to the head section of my pages: #comments {display:none;}

    I sincerely apologize to everyone who spent anytime trying to help me with this.
