# Jetpack cdn.api.twitter.com and debug problems

 * I’m having the “Waiting for cdn.api.twitter.com…” problem across multiple WordPress
   websites running Jetpack with Sharing feature.
 * i.e. Any page with the Twitter sharing button included in Sharing will not fully
   load, just shows message “Waiting for cdn.api.twitter.com…”
 * This happens in Chrome and Firefox, but NOT in IE/Edge.
 * Only noticed this today, nothing has changed on websites, no adblockers in browser
   etc.
 * The only workaround seems to be to remove the Twitter button from Sharing.
 * PLUS:
 * When I try to run Jetpack Debug I get a message “It looks like your site cannot
   connect properly with Jetpack” on all sites and browsers.
 * Using latest Jetpack Version 3.7.2.
 * Website URL:

 * No Sharing on homepage, so that loads OK, but example with Sharing here:

 * Update: I’ve noticed the “Waiting for cdn.api.twitter.com…” problem occurs on
   the [http://www.theguardian.com](http://www.theguardian.com) website, again in
   Chrome and Firefox but not IE/Edge. Assuming the Guardian doesn’t use WordPress(
   or does it?) this would suggest problem is with Twitter and not WordPress/Jetpack.
