The Jetpack Image CDN (or Photon) is only for images. In the YSlow report, I only see 1 image not being served by Photon: https://myhealthyair.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/myhealthyair-logo-supersmall-min.jpg
It’s likely that this image is hard-coded in your theme somewhere, or is otherwise in a place not accessible to Photon. Photon will work on images in posts and pages.

But what i see from my report is that “There are 27 static components that are not on CDN.”

i though that jetpack should cover all of them? now the rating with Gtmetrix is F, literally 0 in terms of CDN performance
@sociobrightwp if you look at the list of 27 static components, you’ll notice almost all of them are CSS and JS files. CSS and JS files are not images, and Photon is only for images.
Can you see that in the list?
