    Hi there,

I checked the site that you mentioned above but is not loading in my browser. I also checked your site at https://www.isitdownrightnow.com and it is also showing the site is down for everyone. Could you please reach out to your host and check for the possible reason and fix it?

Once your site started to load, you can get back here and we will check for the Jetpack connection issue.

    Hello, there.

I see that https://www.molibuy.com.tw is up now, but it looks like both the core of your WordPress and Jetpack are both in need of updating to the newest versions.

It would be a good idea to make sure that all of your plugins, theme, PHP version, and core of WordPress are all updated before trying to connect Jetpack again (your host can help with all of that if you need them to).

Once those are all updated, please let us know and we’ll try another connection test. Thanks!

    Hi.
    I updated all systems
Then after deleting and installing Jetpack again, it still cannot be configured

    Hi @samgo3c

We could not resolve the A record for your domain, likely, you have recently registered your domain name.

It takes several hours for new or transferred domain names to start working, so please check back later.

Please contact your web hosting provider if you still have the same error after 48 hours.

Let me know if you have any questions.
