# Jetpack Boost Plugin Issues

 * Hello Team
 * I logged in to my WordPress site and clicked the Customize link in the top-left
   corner but it appears that this feature is no longer working. Then I deactivated
   the Jetpack Boost Plugin and now everything looks good. Is this plugin no longer
   supported?

 * Jetpack Boost is still a supported and developed plugin, so it sounds like you
   may be running into an issue specific to your site.
 * It’s also worth noting that the Customize link under **Appearance -> Customize**
   only appears when you are using an older, non-block theme (Classic theme). Is
   it possible you have switched themes recently?
