    You can add just about any site to your own WordPress.com Reader, as long as this site has a public RSS feed.

    Your readers using WordPress.com will consequently be able to subscribe to your site in their WordPress.com Reader, much like they would do with Google Reader for example.

    However, your posts will not appear in the public topic Pages of the Reader. These only list WordPress.com sites.
